Scarsdale Wine & Spirits Return Policy
The New York State Liquor Authority does not permit retail stores to accept returns of liquor or wine purchased in error by a customer.
If, within fifteen days of receipt, you suspect spoilage due to cork taint or bacteria, you may return the bottle with its contents and original cork or closure. We cannot replace empty bottles. Please note, New York State Law prohibits the return of alcoholic beverages for reasons other than defect. No cash refunds are permitted. Retail stores are authorized by the State Liquor Authority to accept returns only for defective merchandise.
If there is an issue with your order, please notify us promptly. Upon receiving a shipment or delivery, inspect it immediately. Should your shipment arrive damaged, inform us of any broken bottles within two business days so we can arrange for pickup. We require the unopened, sealed, and/or corked necks of broken bottles to process the claim. Once the damaged bottles are returned, we will send out a replacement shipment.
